What 1314 battle was a major Scottish victory over England during the Wars of Scottish Independence?

The story behind the answer

In June 1314, Robert the Bruce’s outnumbered Scots met Edward II’s army near Stirling. Using tight schiltron spear formations and the boggy ground around the burn, they blunted English heavy cavalry, compressed the invaders on narrow terrain, and turned the clash into a rout. The triumph secured Bruce’s rule and shifted the war’s momentum, paving the way to the Treaty of Edinburgh–Northampton (1328), in which England recognized Scotland’s independence.

The other battles listed don’t fit: Stirling Bridge (1297) was an earlier Scottish win under William Wallace; Falkirk (1298) was an English victory that broke Wallace’s forces; Halidon Hill (1333) came later and was a major English success. This 1314 victory became a cornerstone of Scottish national memory and a textbook case of terrain and tactics defeating superior numbers.
