What is the name of the separatist leader with a cough who wields four lightsabers?

The story behind the answer

The cyborg Supreme Commander of the Separatist Droid Army is infamous for a rasping cough and a whirling display of four lightsabers taken from fallen Jedi. That sets him apart from Count Dooku, a refined Sith duelist who wields a single curved-hilt saber; Asajj Ventress, an assassin using two red curved blades; and Nute Gunray, a non-duelist Trade Federation viceroy.

Originally the Kaleesh warlord Qymaen jai Sheelal, he was rebuilt after a near-fatal accident and trained in lightsaber combat by Dooku. His cough is often attributed to chest damage—visually emphasized in the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series when Mace Windu crushes his thorax. He terrorized the Republic throughout the Clone Wars before being defeated by Obi-Wan Kenobi on Utapau.
