The story behind the answer

Honduras is correct. The five stars symbolize the five original members of the Federal Republic of Central America—Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica—and the hope of regional unity. The two blue bands stand for the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea flanking Central America.
