Trick question: the Council member beside Yoda in The Phantom Menace isn’t a Wookiee at all but a Quermian with a distinctive long neck serving on the Jedi Council in Episode I. By contrast, Tarfful is a Wookiee chieftain seen in Revenge of the Sith on Kashyyyk aiding Yoda, while Attichitcuk (“Itchy”) and Lumpawaroo (“Lumpy”) are Chewbacca’s father and son from ancillary media; none appear on the Council or in Episode I.

Context bonus: this long‑necked Jedi was omitted from Attack of the Clones partly to avoid confusion with the similarly lanky Kaminoans and was effectively replaced on the Council by Coleman Trebor.
